Dr Runyon was born in New Jersey, USA. She chased her dream to research, study, and perfected many surgeries along the path. Dr Runyon was the first specialist in eastern Canada to become qualified with the TPLO, PAUL, and Spinal procedures. Dr Runyon offers clients most orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries including spinal surgery. With 30+ years of surgery experience Dr Runyon has clients drive/fly their special loved ones in for her consultation. She consults in PEI, NB, NS & Nfld. Her attention to details and vast experience has made her a talented and caring Veterinarian.
Dr Runyon works closely with Veterinarians in Eastern Canada offering consultations, surgery, and rechecks. As Chief of The Small Animal Surgery Department at the University of Prince Edward Island`s Atlantic Veterinarian College (1986-2012). Dr Runyon consulted on all kinds of small animal discomforts. She continues to offer a full arrangement of surgeries and consultations in both NB and PEI.
